Hospital Update

So in my last journal I said my nan was in hospital and a bunch of you messaged me with hugs and that xD So thankyou!

Just thought I'd let you know whats going on now. My nan is still in the same condition as before but she's going to be going to a rehabilitation centre soon. Only problem is it's so far away from all of us so we're not sure how visiting her will go but she seems to be looking forward to it ^^
